History of Olympic Weightlifting
The Lift Up project is brought to you by chidlovski.com.
1996 Olympics, Atlanta, USA: Valerios Leonidis (Greece) breaks the world record with the cj of 187.5 kg in the featherweight class. Few athletes were able to challenge legendary Naim Suleymanoglu and Leonidas was one of them. The duel between Suleymanoglu and Leonidas is one of the classics of the Olympic weightlifting competitions.
