The Lift Up project is brought to you by chidlovski.com.
Norair Nurikian was the first Bulgarian athlete to win the weightlifting title at the Olympics and to prove the efficiency of Abadzhiev's training methodology. He won two Olympic gold medals at the Olympics in Munich (1972) and Montreal (1976). The clip features Nurikyan's triumph in winning the featherweight class in 1972 and the bantamweight in 1976.
