World Championship, Vienna, Austria 1961: Alexander Kurynov (USSR) dominated the middleweight class (75KG) in the world in the first half of the 1960s. the US leading athletes in the middle heavyweight of the 1960s. The footage was donated to the Lift Up project by Mr. Frank Rothwell (Ireland). It features lifts by Kurynov that brought him the world title in 1961.
