Bulgarian weightlifters were sensational at rhe 1972 Olympic Games in Minich, Germany. Andon Nikolov, 21 wins Olympic gold medal for Bulgaria in the middle heavyweight class. What seems to be a sensation for one nation is always a disaster for another one. Heavily favorites of the tournament, Team USSR was a disaster in Munich. The footage show how Nikolov wins the Gold medal over legendary David Rigert, USSR.
