History of Olympic Weightlifting
The Lift Up project is brought to you by chidlovski.com.
One of the lightheavyweight "top guns" of the 1990s Marc Huster (Germany) competes at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. The footage features Huster's snatch of 170 kg and clean-and-jerk of 210 kg that brought him his second Olympic silver medal. The last lift obviously belong to the classics of the gutsiest lifts ever in the history of this sport. Marc's outstanding performance in the competitions and outgoing personality on and off the platform earned him a huge popularity among the fans of Olympic weightlifting.
