Both Mr. LIAO and Ninel MICULESCU, who finished 1 &2 in 2010 worlds are disqualified! You can look at http://www.iwf.net/results/results_results.php?placecod=116 and notice that BINAY Mete from Turkey is 2010 champion now. Liao's 198 kg WR was removed from the book and can not go London.
