I remember seeing this man in the 'School of Champions' video. I had only known of him because of the 87 Europeans that John mentions but had never seen him. In the video the coach appears to really be riding him and giving him a rough time. He did not respond well to that coaching style. He seemed worn down and depressed. I understand why Abajaev was called 'The Butcher'. He was the boss, 100%.
