Louis Martin died last Friday 16th Jan. His son emailed me to let me know. Louis suffered a stroke in December , but he died of cancer. A friend of mine for many years, we did some hard training together back in the 60's. He was one of life's truly nice people. I am surprised that the IWL only gave him four lines on their web site. Hope all is well with you. Frank

unless i'm mistaken as of this day Louis Martin is now the president of weightlifting IN the UK . A wonderful end to his Historic lifting career.
