Featuring Israel Arsamakov (USSR) ending up with a silver medal at the 1986 World Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria and his starry night in Seoul at the 1988 Summer Olympics where he won a gold medal in the 82.5 kg class with the 167.5 kg snatch and 210 kg clean-and-jerk. The medal was well-earned by this outstanding rock solid athlete who seemed to be overshadowed by legendary Yurik Vardanyan for many years. Who wasn't?
